Vehicle purchases: completed vehicle purchases are final. It Is What It Is Auto Sales does not provide refunds or exchanges on completed vehicle purchases except where required by law. Ohio law does not provide a cooling-off period for vehicle purchases.
Parts and accessories: returnable within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt when new, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Special-order and electrical parts are final sale. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Defective products: defective parts and accessories are handled under the manufacturer's warranty as an exchange or replacement. Nothing in this policy limits any written warranty or rights you may have under applicable law.
